Welcome to the Jimmy Kimmel Message Board. Get in touch with Jimmy Kimmel to voice your support, appreciation, or opinion.
Can you imagine how much snail mail and email a celebrity must get? Most simply don't have time to go through all of it and even less time to respond. So, for this reason, we've created this shout-out message board. It's a far simpler way to communicate with your favorite stars and celebrities.
Try to keep your messages short and sweet. No one wants to read your entire life story. We don't know if you'll get a response, but if enough people post a message, these celebrities won't be able to ignore them all.
Become an Actor, Actress or Extra by joining the world's leading acting community. Find acting tips, casting calls, audition notices, career networking tools and links to SAG-AFTRA talent agents.
Post your profile, photos, resume and video clips online and you could be discovered by top casting directors and talent scouts around the world. You might even get a chance to work with Jimmy Kimmel and other famous stars.

First, let me express my empathy for you and your family dealing with a serious heart disease with your child. That said, you did a great disservice by suggesting that children with those conditions and others are not being treated, and that only through Obamacare, they now have care. This is completely inaccurate. For many years, every state has had a CHIP (insurance for children) program in place for all children, regardless of income. Working families can have health insurance through employment and still qualify for CHIP at reduced rates. Families without insurance can qualify for CHIP, and it's often free, and if it's not, it can be just a few dollars a month. Even people with high income can enroll their children in CHIP, but the premiums would be higher (but there's a cap on it). In other words, all the celebrities and politicians who parade around sick children to try to prove that children are dying in the streets (they are not) are doing a great disservice. Instead of going on a rant, you could have used this opportunity to say, "I am lucky that I am a wealthy person and can afford treatment for my child, but the good thing is that NO child in this country will ever go without health care thanks to all the states having CHIP programs. And furthermore, there are hospitals like Shriners and St. Jude, who treat seriously ill children for free." Instead, you proved just how out of touch celebrities are with the millions of ordinary people who enroll their children in CHIP. If there are any children in this country not receiving health care, blame it on the parents for not signing them up for a very effective program with extensive coverage benefits. Try educating yourself about such matters before you make yourself look so foolish in front of millions of viewers who have their children enrolled in CHIP. You owe your viewers an apology for the untruths that you told, and you would be doing a public service by making people aware of the good that CHIP has been doing for years across the country. Your child's illness is heartbreaking, and I wish you and your family well, but don't flagrantly use him as a platform for a political rant that really has no foundation in accuracy.
