By assuming false identities and utilizing the most advanced technology, this team of highly trained agents goes deep undercover, putting their lives on the line in the field to bring down their targets.
Special Agent "G" Callen is a chameleon who transforms himself into whomever he needs to be to infiltrate the criminal underworld. His partner is Special Agent Sam Hanna, a former U.S. Navy SEAL who has seen action in both Afghanistan and Iraq. The team includes the all-knowing Henrietta "Hetty" Lange, who handles the politics of the job and is tasked with providing everything from micro-surveillance cameras to cars for the team; Special Agent Kensi Blye, the exceptionally bright daughter of a slain Marine who lives for the adrenaline rush that comes with undercover work; Marty Deeks, a seasoned LAPD undercover detective who was recruited to the team by Hetty; tech operator Eric Beale, who has mastered every gadget and computer in the Ops Center; intelligence analyst Nell Jones, who won the team's respect with her spot-on assessments and her shrewd insights; and Fatima Namazi, a Middle East specialist and a razor-sharp cryptologist.
Armed with the latest in high-tech gear and sent regularly into life-threatening situations, this tight-knit unit relies on each other to do what is necessary to protect national interests.

My name is Danielle. I love NCIS and NCIS Los Angeles! They are my favorite shows and I have at least 3 of each at a time on my iPod. To be in the show would be so fun and a great experience. I have done as many drama club plays as possible and have gotten lines in all of them. I am also in choir, dance, and volleyball. In a skit we did in dance at a nursing home at Christmas time I had the most lines in all the skit and I watched myself afterwards. My dance teacher and all my classmates agreed that I was the best part of the show. I don't mean to sound self-helpful, but I won the "Most likely to win American Idol" award out of all my grade. And that's 36 kids. Like I said, I would be a good experience and fun and cool. Any other questions that you need can be answered by email.

NCIS is the best show. well before i never watch this show but as my friend told me its story it seems me interesting and start watching it. well this show has a superb cast and mind blowing storyline.

This is a travesty of a show! NCIS is one of the best shows on tv, great chemistry between cast and good stories. NCIS LA, not so. Who in his right mind thinks Hetty is a spy chief. Shes more Mr. Miaggi wiht all her philosophy and spirituality. Why a psychologist in the team? The whole cast is a joke. Has anybody noticed all the pausing when they speak to each other, its sooooo drawn out. LL, sorry, not good acting! For the writers; pease write in abomb attack that takes out their offices( looks like a mediteranean villa) with them in it, except Callen. No! Put him in there too! Get a new cast and make it a crime drama, not a comedy. Less talking more action.

anyone think the numbers with G don't add up. NCIS was famous for handing out info about characters in dibs and dabs. I mean we're just now meeting Tony's dad.
he was 14 in 83... that makes him forty? cute kid didn't get adopted or even kept track of. Believe me if you get into top secret work they find out your first name. And your first pretty much every thing else.
