Mr. Kaplan takes good photographs. Administratively, though, he is very disorganized. After we set up our first appointment, he emailed me if I could reschedule my first appointment; it took us several emails to set a date for my photo shoot.
When I came to the shoot he didn't know I had ordered facial powder. I had specified this over the phone before coming, and yet had to remind him in person. After the shoot (as well as after paying), I had to remind him to retouch my photograph, as well as send me a large print. I had ordered these things via email well in advance.
He takes good pictures, but overcharges, is liberal with strict late fees, and in general is very disorganized.
