The Short Synopsis
It's a romantic comedy about two couples on a 'blind date' at the same restaurant. After the usual small talk (allergies, gunplay, cats)
it becomes quite apparent that there's been a mixup.
The Long Synopsis
When assassin Lucy is contacted for a "job," it's the same routine. A man she has never met picks her up outside in a black SUV and accompanies
her to the location where she awaits confirmation of the Target.
All single Violet knows is her friend set her up on yet another blind date with a guy that's supposedly "perfect" for her. He'll pick her up out
front and take her to a restaurant where she'll go through the motions and feign interest. Will this time be the perfect match? Will Violet find
love? Maybe. If she didn't get in the wrong car.
After the icebreaker falls flat (Creamy or Crunchy?), Lucy realizes the assassin she thought she was sitting across from is Ben, a cat loving serial
dater and big fan of Hong Kong action movies who's going to be of no help when the bullets start flying. Things don't seem like they can get much worse.
Unless you're Violet, left dining with Anton, a cold blooded assassin who enjoys romantic comedies after a "job," and the waiter hasn't even taken your
second drink order. Love seems like something out of a movie... Or at least a Hong Kong action "flick."
