Mischa Barton
This tall 5 foot 9, full of attitude actor currently ranks at #32 in FHM magazine's "100 Sexiest Women in the World 2006." Mischa Barton is perhaps best known for her role as Marissa Cooper in the TV Show 'The O.C.' But that alone is not her claim to fame. She is perhaps one of the most-sought after actors owing allegiance to her impressive film and theatrical resume.

Born to a British father and Irish mother on January 24th 1986, in London, England, Mischa's family moved to New York when she was just four. In 1998, after having acted in some theatre productions that include Tony Kushner's 'Slavs,' James Lapine's 'Twelve Dreams' and Naomi Wallace's 'One Flea Spare' at the New York Shakespeare Festival's Public Theatre, Mischa made her Hollywood debut with the critically acclaimed Sundance festival favorite 'Lawn Dogs.'

Mischa has two siblings, an older sister, Zoe Barton, and a younger sister, Hania Barton. Mischa graduated in 2004 from the Professional Children's School in Manhattan, and attended a summer school in Shakespearean acting at RADA in 2006.

While accumulating screen credits, Mischa also began modeling for the likes of Calvin Klein. She signed with the Ford Modeling Agency and appeared in commercials for Aéropostale, bebe, Accessorize, Dooney & Bourke, JC (Jeans and Clothes), Neutrogena, and Keds. Neutrogena made her the cover girl, for their new worldwide ad campaign.

Hollywood Calling
After the much-appreciated performance in 'Lawn Dogs,' Mischa gave another good performance in 'Pups' (1999) a modern day Bonnie and Clyde. Since then she has racked up meaty roles in movies such as 'Blockbusters' (1999), 'The Sixth Sense' (1999), 'Notting Hill' (1999) and 'Lost and Delirious' (2001).

Besides working in movies, Mischa starred in some television shows such as 'All My Children' (1996), while starring in the title role of Frankie alongside Joan Plowright in the show 'Frankie & Hazel' (2000).

As a beautiful and popular teenager, Marissa Cooper, of Harbor School and Newport Beach, Mischa Barton has yet again shown her range as an actor. She gained mass popularity while 'The O.C.' catapulted her acting career to new heights. Currently, two of her movies are awaiting release, while she is shooting films 'Malice in Sunderland' and 'Hexxx.'
